Job Summary:
The Greeter is responsible for creating a positive first impression of the dealership by meeting and greeting customers with courtesy and efficiency. This role involves making a friendly and appropriate appearance, engaging customers to understand their needs, and routing them within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency
- Make a friendly and appropriate appearance as the initial contact with the dealership
- Engage customers to find out their needs and route them within the dealership
- Receive customers into the service department for scheduled service appointments
- Multitask and perform administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Combination of Education and Customer Service Experience
- Pleasant and Engaging Personality with Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven Outstanding Customer Service, Preferably with a Premium Brand
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Both in Person and Over the Phone
- Team-Oriented and Flexible/Multi-Tasking
