As a Greeter, you will meet and greet customers as they enter the service department of the dealership. You will present a professional appearance and a cordial, businesslike presence, becoming the strong, positive 'first impression' of the dealership to the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency
- Make a friendly and appropriate appearance as the initial contact with the dealership
- Engage customers to find out their needs and route them within the dealership
- Receive customers into the service department for scheduled service appointments
- Multi-task and handle various responsibilities
- Basis knowledge of computers and technology
- Knowledge of dealership organization to route customers appropriately
- Assist Service Advisors with administrative duties
Qualification Criteria:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and customer service experience
- Pleasant and engaging demeanor, projecting a smile while speaking in person and over the phone
- Proven outstanding customer service experience with a premium brand
- Listens and retains information accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
- Team-oriented and flexible/multi-tasking
