Responsibilities
- Work closely with outside sales representatives and the fleet lease department to facilitate clients' business needs and wants.
- Facilitate all OVE sales.
- Manage new dealer registration and renewals.
- Assist management in obtaining market intelligence and tools needed to support business development within the market.
- Engage with multiple levels within automotive dealerships, automobile associations, and automotive dealer groups.
- Collaborate with the management team, product, and customer care professionals.
- Promote special incentives to drive desired business results.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and leadership at the operating location.
- Manage escalated service issues through multiple wholesale auction channels until a satisfactory resolution is found on behalf of the customer.
- Train and encourage the utilization of Dealers Auto Auction products and services.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and actively participating in safety activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Dependability: Reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligations.
- Attention to Detail: Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
- Integrity: Honest and ethical.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient and productive.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Full - Time Position
Mon-Tues 9am-4pm
Weds: 9am-5pm
Thurs: 7:30-5pm
Friday: 9am-1pm
Occasionally needed past these hours, never on weekends.
