Duties

- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of vehicle availability and sales trends.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette for follow-up calls and cold calling potential leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in dealership events and promotions to drive sales and increase visibility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively.
- Excellent public speaking abilities to present vehicles confidently to customers.
