Job Description:

You will serve an important role for our company as you work with our other employees to produce a quality finished product and a positive experience for our customers. You will be vital in maintaining relationships and providing excellent customer service as you deal directly with our customers and our territory managers.
This position reports directly to the Inside Sales Coordinator in Shreveport, GK Trusty.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support Regional Territory Managers with quotes and information pertaining to body/equipment needs, chassis availability, order status and other inquiries when needed
- Answer and respond to phone calls and emails from customers associated with body/equipment needs, quotes, status and chassis pool availability in a timely manner
- Generate quotes for body and equipment installations (Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google sheets and computers is a must)
- Serve our walk-in and call-in customers relating to body/equipment needs which includes recommending solutions for their needs and quoting
- Generate and process accurate work orders for the shop in a timely manner
- Communicate well with parts department on parts needed for upcoming jobs and order parts if needed
- Communicate well with production manager and shop on needs of customers and necessary details on existing jobs
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and carry out necessary tasks to completion
- Sense of urgency and timeliness in response to customers and helping your coworkers
- Excellent computer skills
- Good listening and communication skills
- Organized
- Desire to always be learning and improving
