You'll lead and do: strategy, training, compliance, employee experience, and organizational design. Key Responsibilities
Maintain eNPS ≥ 70 and Best Places to Work scores ≥ 85 . Reduce key role time-to-fill to < 45 days; 90% success rate for new hires. Voluntary turnover among high performers 100% compliance across HR, safety, and audit requirements. Complete cultural integration within 60 days post-acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Development: Drive talent growth, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead employer branding and hiring strategies that attract top talent.
- HR Management: Own compliance, compensation, policy, and daily HR administration.
- Employee Engagement: Lead communications, recognition programs, and culture-building events.
- M&A Integration: Lead cultural diligence and onboarding efforts during acquisitions.
- A builder and doer — you love creating strategies and executing them.
- A trusted executive leader with strong business acumen and people instincts.
- A clear communicator who can engage everyone from field teams to boardrooms.

- Highly organized, action-oriented, and fully accountable for what you lead.
- 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience blending strategy and execution.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational design, and culture building.
- Strong experience with PEO management, HRIS platforms, and compliance.
- M&A integration experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, coaching) a plus.
