As a Business Operations Specialist, you will:
- Own KPI reporting and analytics, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across key business metrics.
- Conduct trend analysis and data validation to ensure reliable business insights.
- Track and manage critical SaaS metrics, including: Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Churn & Retention Analytics, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Oversee hardware inventory management and ensure efficient distribution and tracking.
- Manage invoice and usage reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.
- Track and report on group rebates, ensuring compliance with contract terms and financial forecasts.
- Own and optimize the churn tracking and processing workflow to improve customer retention strategies.
- Serve as a key business partner between Finance, Sales, and Product teams to ensure operational alignment and execution.
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, and best practices to standardize and scale operations.
- A strategic thinker with a bias for action and the ability to execute and drive results.
- Highly analytical with a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making.
- Able to thrive in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment.
- Adept at identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- Experienced in SaaS operations, fleet management, or automotive industry workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or SaaS/automotive industry roles.
- Strong proficiency in data and operational analytics.
- Experience with CRMs & BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, PowerQuery, Tableau, Looker, Adaptive Planning, etc.).
- Technical expertise data querying (SQL), system Integrations, and automation toolsets (Workato or similar).
