Dean Dorton, one of the largest and most acclaimed certified public accounting and business advisory firms in the Southeast, is seeking Temporary Document Scanners in our Raleigh, NC office. These roles perform important seasonal administrative functions for our firm, helping convert our paper client files to electronic records and assists in preparation for our busy season. This role primarily includes:
- Prepping, scanning, and conducting quality control review of client documents utilizing Dean Dorton’s document management system(s).
- Supporting general administrative and data entry projects using various software.
Dean Dorton is seeking applicants who have experience in an administrative support role, including experience with Microsoft Office and the use of organizational skills. Candidates will catch our immediate attention if they have experience working in a professional service setting that works with deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere.
Individuals with close attention to detail who are task-oriented, have a strong sense of organization, and also have a passion for assisting clients, both external and internal, will thrive in this environment. We are seeking individuals who can commit to working in the office full-time hours (40 hours per week) potentially through April 15, 2023, and possibly beyond.
