Overview:
The Contractor Staff Security Officer (CSSO) job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures in coordination with government agencies and DEAN/FLUOR leadership.
- This position requires in-depth knowledge of building, accrediting, and managing secure areas. In addition, this position protects classified government information and manages TS/SCI personnel security clearances and processes.
- This position provides support for all security functions in accordance with the NISPOM, ICD’s (DCID’s) and other applicable directives.
- Experience in the U.S. Government, DoD, Intelligence, and Industrial Security management.
- Working knowledge and experience with DISS, SF-86, eCPRL and eQIP regarding the security clearance process.
- Manage all aspects of the security clearance process to include, but not limited to periodic re-investigations, indoctrinations, visit requests (VALs), fingerprinting, briefings/debriefings, SF312 and audits.
- Must be able to relate to people very well; have strong problem solving skills; and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with full scope polygraph.
- At minimum a high school diploma or GED with 4 years experience.
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of DISS, SF-86, eCPRL, eQIP, and all security clearance processes.
- Must be able to relate to people very well; have strong problem solving skills; and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
