Overview
WORK CONTROL COORDINATOR / OPERATIONS DISPATCHER:
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining Project files; coordinating work control meetings with project team members
- Generating daily and week preventative maintenance schedules.
- Updating work schedules and work logs in Maximo.
- Working with subcontractors entering all information gathered during subcontractor PMs and corrective maintenance into Maximo.
- Working with project team in creating, changing and entering work details in to Maximo.
- May be required to work overtime or varying hours.
- Verifying and categorizing all work PMs, corrective work tickets and warranty tickets are electronically assigned to the proper owners for repairs to be performed.
Qualifications
- At minimum high school diploma or equivalent coupled with three (3) years’ experience in a maintenance planner or work control field.
- Must be able to achieve and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products; good organizational skills; and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- This position is considered sensitive and may require extensive background screening processes in order to meet current or future -Network and/or government contract needs. Desired Skills:
- Experience working in an industrial environment
- Previous experience using Maximo or CMMS program.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
