Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and addressing their needs- Perform vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with customers about recommended services and explain the benefits of each service
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval before proceeding with the work
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
Requirements
Strong knowledge of engine repair, shocks struts, oil changes, Opening/Closing RO's and ensuring proper billing, transmission, brake repair, alignment, tire service, suspension, and air brake systems- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose vehicle issues accurately and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping and documentation
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
