Salary: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform thorough inspections and routine maintenance services on various vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Repair Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and provide effective repair solutions.
Parts Installation: Install and replace parts such as engines, transmissions, belts, and hoses to ensure vehicles operate at peak performance.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and ensure they are aware of any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Shop Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following proper shop procedures and protocols.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and workshops to keep abreast of industry advancements and broaden skillsets.
Requirements
Certification: ASE certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
Experience: Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Kia and Mazda vehicles.
Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to accurately diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings as needed.
Dependability: Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
