Food Service Workers / Barista are responsible for providing excellent customer service, prepare food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness and organization in both areas.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve food items in the hospital cafeteria or for catering to patients and staff.
• Follow all food safety regulations, including proper storage, handling, and preparation.
• Assist with food prep, dishwashing, and general kitchen maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and quality control.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to standards.
• Interact with customers to take orders and provide excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and seating areas.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other barista supplies.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and guidelines.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
