Dean's Professional Services is now hiring a qualified Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Manager to work for a Wound Care Clinic in Houston, TX.
The Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the wound care department. This role includes providing advanced wound care treatment, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and leading a team of nurses and medical staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound care, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
Job Duties :
Oversee clinical operations, ensuring efficiency, quality of care, and adherence to best practices.
Supervise and mentor nursing and medical staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to wound care services.
Conduct staff training on wound care management, infection control, and clinical protocols.
Monitor patient progress, document clinical findings, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements :
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active TX state licensure.
Certification in wound care (WCC, CWCN, or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in wound care management.
Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of advanced wound care techniques, products, and treatments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Schedule / Shift : 8 : 00am- 5 : 00pm
Salary : Starting 90K
