Senior Learning Technology Specialist

Dean's Professional Services is now hiring a Senior Learning Technology Specialist  to work for a large hospital in Dallas, TX.

Job Duties :

• Consults with unit / division leadership to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges; and provide learning technology insights to business solutions and challenges.
• Leads multiple complex projects related to learning technology and collaborate with stakeholders to accomplish project goals and objectives.
• May, on occasion, facilitate learning events related to learning technology.
• Applies a deep understanding of all components, features and functions of the LMS to help business units leverage learning technology to help solve business problems.
• Advises leadership on how to best utilize learning technology to support the mission, vision, values, strategy and goals of the organization.
• Explains complex technology in an easily understood manner.
• Acts as the liaison to internal and external customers to ensure smooth operation and collaboration among entities. Examples include external content vendors, and other entities that intersect with learning technology.
