Our high volume and award-winning Ford dealership has one opening in our New Vehicle Sales Dept. for an individual who is a self-starter, highly motivated and has the desire for commissioned car sales. Our pay plan is one of the best in metro Detroit. Up to 40% commission, monthly sales bonuses, monthly customer satisfaction bonuses, back-end pay, and annual sales and customer satisfaction award program.
This is a rare opportunity as our sales floor has a low number of sales consultants.

- Candidates must be high-energy, customer-focused individuals ready to work in a dynamic team atmosphere.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, upbeat personality and strong work ethic are required to work effectively with customers by phone, e-mail and on-site appointments.
- Sales process and essential dealership management systems training will be required throughout employment.
Requirements:
- Professional appearance. Steady work history. Prior experience in sales.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED. A BACKGROUND CHECK AND PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING WILL BE MADE.
