About the Job:

Job Summary: 

The Marketing and Graphic Design Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support business growth, and showcase the firm's expertise in architecture and construction. This role involves managing and creating digital and print marketing content, overseeing social media and website content, optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic producing high-quality visual materials, and assisting with architectural design support.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Management:

• Design and enhance virtual tours for architectural and construction projects.
• Maintain and update the firm's website to ensure current and engaging content.
• Build project-specific websites for fundraising and promotional purposes.
• Develop compelling fundraising and bond mailers, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Create and manage presentations and physical marketing materials for client meetings and events.
• Grow and manage the firm’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), creating engaging content and campaigns. Produce high-quality market-specific videos (shoot and edit) for DSC & ATURA.
• Maintain and develop directories for target markets to increase reach.
• Develop email campaigns, newsletters, and direct mailers for client outreach.
• Implement marketing initiatives that highlight the firm’s technology and services, driving revenue growth.
• Identify industry trends and competitor insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Prepare and search for new proposals, assisting in business development efforts.
• Operate drones for project updates and final photography (licensed required).
• Set up and manage construction time-lapse cameras, including post-production editing.

Architectural Designer Support:

• Assist in the design of illustrative site plans and concept renderings.
• Enhance and label floor plans for presentations.
• Use Photoshop for rendering enhancements, facade design, and visual improvements.
• Conduct 3D building scans using Matterport and Leica technology.
• Support True North (Schematic Design) studies for project planning.

Construction & DSC Support:

• Provide videography, drone footage, and time-lapse updates for projects.
• Conduct 3D scans for construction documentation and visualization.
• Performs other related work as assigned

What we are Looking For:

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with website management (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
• Strong skills in videography, photography, and video editing.
• Drone pilot license (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with Matterport, Leica, or similar 3D scanning technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media management tools and best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in architecture, construction, or real estate. 

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
• Be able to walk through a work site wearing all the required safety PPE for occasional construction site visits
