Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Hours, Including Some Weekends

What You’ll Do:
- Contact and communicate with customers using the Dean Team sales process to identify their needs
- Build lasting relationships and establish a customer referral network
- Conduct test drives, vehicle presentations, and pricing discussions
- Handle inbound sales calls and internet leads to drive appointments
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Stay informed by attending sales and product training meetings
What You Need:
- Sales experience preferred, but training is provided
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success
- Outgoing, customer-focused personality
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships
- Strong computer and phone skills (CRM, internet, email)
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
