Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Porter to assist with golf cart movement, facility upkeep, and transportation between locations. This full-time position requires a jack-of-all-trades mindset, as the role involves keeping the showroom and service station clean, assisting with light maintenance, and ensuring carts are positioned properly for sales delivery and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Move and position golf carts in the showroom and service area as needed.
- Transport golf carts between locations using a company truck and trailer.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, including trash removal and showroom upkeep.
- Assist with basic maintenance and battery charging for golf carts.
- Help set up and organize inventory, ensuring carts are properly displayed.
- Support the sales and service teams with various operational tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience towing trailers or hauling equipment is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (golf cart parts, batteries, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a porter, warehouse, or maintenance role is a plus.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Monday – Friday (no weekends required).
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts at our Chesterfield location.
