Job Responsibilities:
1. Golf Cart Photography and Website Management
- Take high-quality photos of golf carts for marketing purposes.
- Upload and manage golf cart photos on the company website.
- Ensure images are accurately labeled and matched to the correct inventory.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
2. Inventory Management in Lightspeed
- Add story photos to inventory records in the Lightspeed system.
- Update and maintain accuracy in inventory descriptions and photos.
- Link YouTube videos to the appropriate inventory listings for enhanced presentation.
3. Detailing and Preparation
- Perform detailed cleaning and polishing of golf carts for showroom display.
- Prepare golf carts for delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Monitor and restock supplies such as detail products, towels, magic erasers, and buffing pads.
- Maintain and organized cleaning equipment and supplies in the detail garage. Keep garage and surrounding outside area organized, clean, and trash-free.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
- 4. General Building Maintenance
- Regularly take out trash and recycling from all areas of the building.
5. Parts Department Assistance
- Assist with periodic inventory counts of parts and supplies.
- Unpack and shelve incoming parts efficiently and accurately.
- Organize parts storage to ensure accessibility and proper labeling.
6. Other Responsibilities
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the management team.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and communal spaces to maintain a tidy workplace.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the showroom, offices, and common areas.
- Dust and clean surfaces, including desks, counters, and display areas.
- Replace light bulbs and maintain proper lighting in all areas.
- Keep the exterior of the building tidy, including sweeping sidewalks and clearing entryways.
- Monitor and restock supplies such as bathroom toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Assist in minor repairs, such as fixing loose fixtures, patching walls, or assembling furniture.
- Cut the lawn and maintain the landscaping by mowing grass and weed whacking.
- Ensure outdoor areas are neat and presentable for customers and employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
