Align communications and promotional activities with company's mission and goalsWrite, Edit, Design Weekly Company NewsletterUpdate company forms and upload to appropriate databaseUpdate and maintain policy, procedure and operational manualsAssist with presentation designs, development, and copy editsAssist with sponsorship and recruitment event registrations and planning with the Communications Supervisor and Director of Community EngagementAssist with creating marketing campaigns and measuring campaign performanceCollaborate on group projects (proposal production, recruiting and advertising design, etc.)Support organizations' social media, jobs, digital media accounts and maintaining a positive public image within these networksAssist marketing vendors on projects, global communication, and marketing initiativesInterdepartmental coordination via multiple methods of communication to gather information and approvalsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedPosition Requirements
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Associate or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or similar field, or relevant experienceA minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an entry level roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite requiredExperience with AP style and business writingPrevious project management experience preferredGraphic design experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud preferredAbility to create organized processes and methodsExceptional attention to detailAbility to problem-solve and think creativelyAbility to productively interact with internal and external customersAbility to process and evaluate confidential information and material
