DVA Consulting has immediate openings for General Technicians in Frankfort IL.
This position is a contract to hire position and includes the following.
-Vacation time

This position is a 12hr night shift from 6:45pm - 7am. Rotating days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off.
We are currently looking for candidates that have attention to detail that can work independently.
Candidates need to have a solid attendance record and reliable transportation.
Position Summary:
The General Technician reports to the Manufacturing Cell Leader/Supervisor. The major areas of responsibility are: Ensuring production and quality demands are met.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Perform quality inspections and packaging a group of injection molding machines for a production cell on 8 hour shift – walking/standing/squatting – 98% required
· Operate auxiliary equipment (packaging and assembly)
· Inspect product as per work instructions, report and record findings
· Label and package product in compliance with work instructions and customer requirements
- Other tasks and duties as assigned, may include ladder climbing – 5% required
· 5s, housekeeping and continuous improvement of areas of direct responsibilities and beyond.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. – 50% required
- Good Housekeeping – 5S

- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills
