What you'll be doing :
Responsible for all graphic design, including but not limited to ads, company profiles, market brochures, recruiting profiles, and proposal graphics.Design Site Logistics Plans and Construction Signs.Develop and design high-impact presentations.Prepare Request for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Pre-Qualification documents for multiple divisions.Assist with award submissions, publication surveys, and related tasks.Support the planning and execution of company events and conferences.Ensure brand consistency across all communications.Execute specific tasks within the marketing plan as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned.What you need for this position :
Detail-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude.Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related experience.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.Proficiency with required Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suites.A strong eye for visual composition.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Able to give and receive constructive criticism.Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.Commitment to mastery and developing your career and personal goals through continual learning opportunities such as DeAngelis Diamond Academy, conferences, seminars, workshops, and courses.Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.Passionate about learning and applying new technologies, concepts, and innovative solutions.Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards.Able to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environment.What's in it for you :
