Office Assistant / Insurance Coordinator
DeAngelis Family Dentistry is a state of the art boutique dental practice in Carlsbad looking for a kind and helpful front office assistant. We love what we do and have fun doing it. Come be a part of our team!
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and be well spoken.
Responsibilities
Answering phones and emails from patients, vendors, etc.
Scheduling patient appointments
Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Verifying insurance benefits
Scanning, filing, and organizing documents and correspondence
Assisting patients with obtaining their records
Performing other office duties as needed
Qualifications / Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent requir
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Eaglesoft experience required
Dental Office experience required-1 year
Our office is open 4 days per week
