Role Overview:
As a Credential Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements by managing and verifying candidate credentials. This is an internal position based at our Houston office, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and maintain documentation for candidates, including licenses, certifications, background checks, and health records.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, client-specific requirements, and internal policies.
- Communicate with candidates, clients, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage credentialing deadlines and maintain accurate records in our systems, including BullHorn.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in credentialing, compliance, or a related field; staffing industry experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS systems (BullHorn a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
