Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, handling administrative duties, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained establishment.
Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:
- Train, develop & motivate hourly staff.
- Schedule work shifts and assign duties.
- Address employee concerns and disciplinary issues.

Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback.

Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Handle cash management, including daily reconciliations and bank deposits.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the corporate Social Media team to market specials, new menu items & all things new at your concept.
- Communicate staffing needs to the corporate Talent Acquisiton team & attend weekly job fairs.

Compliance and Licensing:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain proper licensing and permits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 2 (two) years of upscale dining management is required
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (Resy, Toast, Restaurant365)
- Financial acumen and budgeting experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
Working Conditions:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to be involved in hands-on tasks and work in all areas of the restaurant as needed.
