Who You Are
You’re a motivated and experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You understand both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, are a strong leader, and are committed to maintaining high standards in service and quality.
Requirements – Please Read Before Applying
✅ Minimum 2 years of café experience (excluding Starbucks/Dunkin’)
✅ At least 1 year of management experience in a restaurant or quick-service setting
✅ Full-time availability (40 hours per week, open availability)
✅ Previous bar/alcohol management experience
✅ DOH Food Protection Certificate accreditation or ability to obtain one
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all café operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance
- Train and develop new and current team members
- Maintain high-quality service and a positive atmosphere for customers and staff
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and administrative duties
- Monitor and achieve sales targets & key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Foster a culture that embodies Dear Mama Coffee’s core values
