Effectively Coach And Mentor Team Members To Ensure That The Best Quality Claims Management Can Be Produced.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and insurance industry experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of group disability claims experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to function with limited supervision.
- Proven ability to work well in a high visibility, public-oriented environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
