Graphic Designer
We have an immediate opportunity for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about building brands, creating digital experiences and designing social media campaigns. Previous experience concepting and visualizing advertising campaigns, video series, stories and carousels for social media as well as illustration expertise, including with infographics, preferred.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of this team on creative campaigns, websites, corporate identity and videos for wide-ranging needs – from public service and higher education to retirement and financial marketing. While the focus is primarily currently on social and digital, you will also have the chance to design logomarks, presentations and other marketing needs.
Responsibilities
- Creates social media and digital advertising campaigns that include animation and videos for diverse client base.
- Brings fresh ideas that translate business concepts into story-telling experiences.
- Collaborates with the writing and engineering teams to devise multi-channel public service outreach campaigns.
- Excels in organizing efficiently multiple needs at once, designing and producing the concepts and final assets as part of a cross-functional team.
- Uses research, analytics and trends to learn and continually refine creative approaches.
- Designs and produces brand identities, collateral and more.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Expert across Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work in our Philly office at least two days weekly to start
- Demonstrated Excellence in InDesign.
- Excels creating multiple concepts for campaigns, including animation and video storyboards.
- Thorough understanding of overall design, including for all forms of digital, presentation and print media.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Thrives on collaborating in a cross-functional, hybrid team (two days in agency/three days work from home for now) designing client solutions.
- Highly proactive; takes initiative; produces strong work independently.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two to five years of ad agency or similar experience.
