Job Overview

We are seeking students who can commit to 20 to 40 hours per week in the following programs, though not limited to:

• Welding
• Auto Collision and Service Technology
• Construction, Electrical, Engineering, and Industrial Technology
• HVAC – R
• Power Equipment Mechanics
  
  

Dearing values flexibility and, with open communication, can adjust to accommodate your specific needs and availability. You will work closely with the Human Resources team to create a schedule that aligns with both your academic commitments and our operational requirements. We aim to ensure a balance that supports your success while meeting the needs of the organization.

Safety is Dearing’s #1 priority. Working in this environment will be an adjustment, but we will put you through safety specific training. You will be required to supply some of your own PPE and tools and Dearing will supply other PPE and tools.
