Infant Teacher Position
Job Description:
Lead caregivers are responsible for providing and maintaining a nurturing and educational environment for the children in their care. Caregivers report to the Director/ Assistant Director.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in childcare with Infants and/or toddlers.
- High school graduate or GED
- Must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the children and program.
- Meet the requirements of the state.
- Ability to communicate effectively ( verbal and written); ability to maintain emotional control under stress
- Physical Demands/ Environmental Factors:
- Ability to routinely lift children a minimum of 25lbs. but not limited to
- Make lesson plans and activities
- Must be able to multi task
- Be able to interact with children, sing, dance, read, play
- Must be knowledgeable to change diapers and use daily logs
- Willing to learn and have proper communication with Parents, Teachers and Management.
- Most of all have fun along with the rest of the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
