The Regional Sales Executive will be instrumental in expanding Deaton’s presence across the Southeast Region of the U.S. We seek a results-driven sales professional to cultivate client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales planning in order to expand Deaton’s market presence while aligning with company goals.
- Acquire new clients and build/maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, increasing brand visibility through networking and lead generation.
- Secure long-term partnerships to ensure profitable growth through contract negotiations.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports including revenue forecasts as needed.
- Work with our marketing team to develop sales materials and outreach efforts as needed.
- Stay up to date on sales techniques to enhance performance and profitability.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, interactions and progress in our system.
- Manage the regional sales budget ensuring cost-effective travel and client engagement.
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet services, diesel mechanics, or transportation.
- Strong networking and communication skills with a track record to show exceeding sales goals
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel across the Southeast region
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities
- Ability to travel up to 50%
