What Youll Do :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
Proactively market relevant insurance products and services that enhance the lives of our customers and contribute to their success.
What Were Looking For :
A valid Insurance Producer License is required to join our team.
Prior experience in sales (whether outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
Strong background in managing client relationships and a keen interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a dedication to exceptional customer service.
Ability to anticipate customer needs and connect effectively with diverse individuals.
