As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Debbie McGuinness - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Congers, NY.
- Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday; afterhours and weekends by appointment.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1995.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Pace University.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
- Additional languages spoken : Spanish
QUALIFICATIONS :
Compensation : $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
