Duties

- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze client information and assist in benefits administration to help clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
