• Strong Communication Skills: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding service recommendations, cost estimates, and repair timelines.
• Technical Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services to effectively advise customers and assist technicians.

ABOUT US: DeBoer's Auto

DeBoer's Auto, Inc. was established in 1982 by William (Bill Sr.) as a used car dealership and body shop in Newton, NJ. Bill Sr., who immigrated from Holland at age two, turned his lifelong passion for cars into a career. After working at Ford Motor Company's plant in Mahwah, he launched DeBoer’s Auto, which later moved to Hamburg, NJ, focusing on selling and servicing pre-owned vehicles.

In 1997, Bill Sr. was joined by his son, William J. DeBoer (Bill Jr.), a Pennsylvania State University graduate with a B.S. in Business Management. Bill Jr. brought a technological edge to the business, adding car service and repair. With his expertise in automotive technology and management, Bill Jr. modernized DeBoer's Auto into a full-service, high-tech auto repair facility.

Bill Jr. is now the Visionary and CEO of DeBoer’s Auto, taking over after Bill Sr. retired in 2016. He leads business development, sales, service, process improvement, human resources, and technician education programs. His credentials include Automotive Manager from the Automotive Management Institute (AMI), CERTIFIED MASTER DEALER® from the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA), and master ASE certifications.
