Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on service techniques, menu knowledge, and hospitality best practices.
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
