Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multiple customer accounts and achieve preventative maintenance sales goals
- Monitor completed construction jobs to be prepared for PM contracts once warranty period has been completed
- Attend service meetings & site surveys for estimation details
- Develop preventative maintenance scopes, estimate, energy saving ROI, and proposals
- Maintain CRM tracking
To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of recent automation sales / support experience preferred
- Engineering / technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred
- Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred
- Knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style
