Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain technician files and general files.
- Manage and distribute emails from department email.
- Call upon vendors/technicians for confirmations of orders.
- Accurate entry of purchase orders into AS400 system as needed.
- Assist team with work overflow.
- Order and maintain office supplies for department.
- Prepare and maintain reports for department flow.
To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:
- Administrative support/data entry experience required.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Microsoft Office software applications. The ability and willingness to learn other software applications as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team player attitude and professional appearance are a must.
