Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 per week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness across commercial, residential, and Airbnb properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash cans and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Restock essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience as a cleaner is preferred but not required—we provide training and all cleaning supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
