What You’ll Do
Office & Administrative Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support leadership and various departments.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
Client & Team Communication
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to relay important updates.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing team calendars.
Data Management & Reporting
- Update and maintain information in our CRM and internal databases.
- Track key metrics and assist with generating reports for management.
- Help with invoice processing and general bookkeeping tasks.
Operational Efficiency
- Assist in organizing company workflows to improve productivity.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure all administrative resources are readily available.
- Support hiring managers with onboarding and new employee setup.
Who We’re Looking For
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong Communicator – You’re professional, articulate, and comfortable handling internal and external communication.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-Motivated & Proactive – You take initiative and can work independently while supporting a team.
- Experience Preferred – 2 years of administrative or office support experience is ideal, but not required.
