We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Admin to support the operational activities of our business. The Back Office Admin will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing critical support to front-line staff. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure all processes are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and filing.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and files accurately.
- Coordinate and process internal communications, including emails and memos.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Handle basic office tasks such as managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Work closely with other departments to support workflow and ensure smooth operations.
- Answer inquiries from customers, suppliers, and employees in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with organizing and managing internal meetings and events.
- Maintain office systems and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience as a Back Office Admin, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and proactive in resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment and office management procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative support role within [specific industry, if applicable].
