Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Focus on Data Entry
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on data entry to join our team. This full-time, in-person role requires an individual who excels at accurately inputting multiple files into a CRM system while performing a variety of administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and capable of maintaining accuracy under deadlines while demonstrating excellent time management skills and working well both independently and within a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in the company’s CRM system and other databases.
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management as required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient task completion within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree or higher is strongly preferred. Candidates with significant experience or demonstrated skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong typing skills (e.g., 50 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work well under pressure.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Location: In-person at our Downtown offices with convenient access to public transportation and vibrant local amenities.
- Pay Range: Competitive, starting at $18/hour, with potential for $20/hour based on experience and qualifications.
