What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Office Representative position at Debt Rx?

Duties:
- Assisting customers in resolving issues
- Provide customers with accurate information
- Maintaining a consultative relationship with the customer throughout the process
- Making and taking phone calls
- Faxing and supporting others in the office
Requirements:
- Ability to successfully multi-task, work in fast pace environment and manage accounts
- Must be computer literate with the ability to input and retrieve data from CRM systems
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be self-motivated, energetic and a self-starter
- Must have a good clear phone voice
- Achievement of a BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
