Job Summary:

The Recruiter is the primary source of contact for sourcing new employees for our growing office. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, results-oriented Recruiter to join our corporate team to contribute to the company’s growth and expansion.

Richardson, TX 75081

Hours:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with normal business working hours.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting numerous positions at any given time for roles throughout the company
  • Partner with and establish solid relationships with the hiring managers to strategize and implement recruiting plans and objectives
  • Assists in the creation of professional job postings and ads as needed
  • Conducts discovery calls with hiring managers to understand the position requirements, advised the hiring manager on policies, procedures, and any recruiting initiatives.
  • Post and renew job advertisements on various portals and job boards
  • Review internal and external candidate resumes and assess suitability to the company and the position
  • Conduct phone screenings, recommend viable candidates to the hiring managers for further consideration
  • Assist or schedule interviews as needed for hiring managers with viable candidates
  • Conduct passive searches through various online resume databases and social media forums, including job boards and social media sites for suitable and qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Work with the HR department on departmental objectives, onboarding projects, onboarding orientation and on any other ad-hoc projects
  • Maintain accurate records on all candidates and provide ongoing recruitment status reports and updates
  • Travel locally to job fairs and other hiring initiatives to drive recruitment
  • Maintains departmental standards and objectives
  • Other duties as assigned and required to support department operations


Education and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required) minimum, Bachelors preferred
  • 2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience; corporate or staffing agency based
  • Knowledge and experience working with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Hands-on experience sourcing via job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals.
  • Ability to plan, strategize recruitment needs and work through the hiring process
  • Talent to compete in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Excellent time management and relationship building skills
  • Problem solver with the ability to multitask using judgment and decision-making skills
  • A stellar work ethic including a record of punctuality and good attendance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, databases, and tools

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
  • The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
