Job Description:
We are seeking passionate Dance Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for teaching young children and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for conducting dance classes at various childcare centers, learning choreographed age-appropriate dance routines and teaching them to children, and inspiring kids to express themselves through movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dance classes for preschool-aged children.
- Hold recitals at each childcare center.
- Implement age-appropriate dance routines and lesson plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage creativity, discipline, and physical fitness in students.
- Communicate effectively with childcare center staff and parents.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn various dance styles and techniques. (training available)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
- Reliable transportation to travel to different childcare centers.
