We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the productivity, profitability, and day-to-day operations for 10 dental office locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in managing multiple dental offices, and a passion for ensuring exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall productivity and profitability across assigned dental office locations.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations within the assigned territory, including employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals.
- Drive patient growth and retention by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs.
- Achieve revenue goals through effective management of office teams, patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections/receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Address patient service issues to maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
- Foster team morale and promote company culture through leadership and support.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Present treatment plans and assist patients in overcoming financial obstacles when needed.
- Prepare and complete daily and monthly operational reports.
- Attend cross-departmental meetings and facilitate communication as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience successfully leading and managing multiple dental offices.
- In-depth knowledge of dental insurance plans and dental terminology.
- Proven expertise in presenting patient treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional leadership ability with a demonstrated capacity to lead by example.
- A commitment to connecting with and serving patients.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Denticon software is a plus.
