Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightlife environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, restocking supplies, and assisting with customer service to create an exceptional experience for our guests.
Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, and other supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes to ensure a tidy environment.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Support the setup and breakdown of bar areas for special events or banquets.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and assisting them as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or barbacking is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others on the team.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
