About the Role :
Decagon is looking to hire our first team member for our Business Operations function to tackle some of our highest-priority strategic and operational challenges as we scale. In this role, you'll partner closely with leadership across functions to identify key areas for improvement, build scalable processes, and drive high-impact initiatives that help the company grow efficiently. You'll be at the intersection of strategy, execution, and problem-solving, helping shape the foundation of our AI-first organization.
