Decagon is looking to hire our first Business Recruiter, responsible for scaling our business teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, People, etc.). In this role, you will partner closely with business leadership and own the candidate funnel end-to-end, building a best in class organization.

About The Role
Decagon is looking to hire our first Business Recruiter, responsible for scaling our business teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, People, etc.). In this role, you will partner closely with business leadership and own the candidate funnel end-to-end, building a best in class organization.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 3 years of experience hiring for business roles in a talent dense organization
- Have operated in a FLC role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates
- Understand how to partner with head of functions and Founders alike, influencing both searches and interview processes to arrive at the best hiring outcomes for the company
- Have deep knowledge on the G&A market and an expansive network within it
- Understand how to use data to proactively unblock hiring efforts
- Have experience building teams in an AI or SaaS company

Salary : $120,000 - $220,000
